A<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/sinqia.com.br\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> Sinqia<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> (B3: SQIA3), l\u00edder em <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">softwares<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> para o sistema financeiro no Brasil, anuncia a aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o da<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.lote45.com.br\/\"> <span style=\"font-weight: 400\">LOTE45<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, empresa refer\u00eancia na gest\u00e3o de portf\u00f3lio e controle de riscos para asset managers, family offices, fundos de pens\u00e3o e seguradoras. A<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> Sinqia passar\u00e1 a deter 52% do capital social da LOTE45 e ter\u00e1 op\u00e7\u00e3o de adquirir os outros 48% em at\u00e9 cinco anos.<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400\">O valor da transa\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 composto por uma parcela \u00e0 vista de R$ 79,5 milh\u00f5es e, futuramente, uma parcela adicional condicionada \u00e0 receita l\u00edquida no exerc\u00edcio de 2022.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Essa \u00e9 a 23\u00aa aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o da companhia e a terceira anunciada ap\u00f3s o follow-on realizado em setembro de 2021, dando continuidade \u00e0 estrat\u00e9gia de crescimento acelerado e fortalecendo a sua participa\u00e7\u00e3o na vertical de fundos. \u201cA LOTE45 tem um excelente <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">software<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> de apoio \u00e0 decis\u00e3o e gest\u00e3o de risco.
