Contudo, a prefer\u00eancia persiste por bancos \u201ctradicionais\u201d, apesar do crescimento dos bancos digitais.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Em rela\u00e7\u00e3o aos produtos e servi\u00e7os mais utilizados, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/sinqia.com.br\/2023\/04\/27\/nova-versao-pix\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">o Pix se destaca como l\u00edder de audi\u00eancia<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, refletindo a busca por rapidez e isen\u00e7\u00e3o de taxas nas transa\u00e7\u00f5es financeiras. Produtos e servi\u00e7os considerados mais \u201csofisticados\u201d t\u00eam menos ader\u00eancia, o que mostra a oportunidade das institui\u00e7\u00f5es priorizarem a educa\u00e7\u00e3o financeira como forma de expandir seus neg\u00f3cios.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Al\u00e9m disso, Cida apontou as tarifas como fator primordial na escolha por um banco, seguidas por <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/sinqia.com.br\/2023\/09\/11\/pagamentos-instantaneos\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">seguran\u00e7a<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> e agilidade no atendimento. \u201cSeguran\u00e7a, nesse caso, n\u00e3o \u00e9 em termos de infraestrutura ou criptografia, mas a sensa\u00e7\u00e3o de seguran\u00e7a em si. O cliente quer se sentir seguro, e n\u00e3o cuidar da sua pr\u00f3pria seguran\u00e7a. Ele n\u00e3o quer que seja algo complicado\u201d, explica.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Redu\u00e7\u00e3o do \u201cgap social\u201d e desafios do setor<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Durante o debate, Marcos Cantarino trouxe \u00e0 tona a problem\u00e1tica do gap social no Brasil, salientando a necessidade premente de <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/sinqia.com.br\/2023\/10\/10\/renata-coutinho-sinqia\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">educa\u00e7\u00e3o financeira<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> e acesso ao cr\u00e9dito para reduzir essa disparidade.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O especialista destacou a import\u00e2ncia de disseminar conhecimento no ecossistema financeiro, superar desafios regulat\u00f3rios e desenvolver novos modelos para impulsionar a inclus\u00e3o financeira.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cantarino tamb\u00e9m reconheceu o <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/sinqia.com.br\/2023\/05\/11\/inteligencia-artificial\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">papel vital da tecnologia<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, especialmente da Intelig\u00eancia Artificial (IA), na abordagem de desafios como rentabilidade, efici\u00eancia e seguran\u00e7a.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Transforma\u00e7\u00e3o Digital em diferentes camadas<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bruno Salles abordou a transforma\u00e7\u00e3o digital em diferentes camadas de necessidades dos clientes. Com isso, o Head de Produtos da Sinqia categorizou os n\u00edveis de evolu\u00e7\u00e3o dos produtos em: bancos tradicionais, bancos com canais digitais e BaaS (Banking as a Service).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8220;Passamos por um processo de &#8216;fintechza\u00e7\u00e3o&#8217;. Inicialmente, os bancos acreditavam que a evolu\u00e7\u00e3o das fintechs poderia representar concorr\u00eancia. Com o tempo, o mercado se autorregulou e, hoje, os bancos oferecem parte de seus servi\u00e7os para as fintechs. A cada dia, surgem novas possibilidades e novos players no mercado financeiro, os quais n\u00e3o necessariamente s\u00e3o bancos&#8221;, comentou.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para se adaptar a esse cen\u00e1rio, Bruno enfatizou que a Sinqia tem substitu\u00eddo o foco nos processos de neg\u00f3cio para a jornada do usu\u00e1rio.
